According to the plugin, it needs the "libnetapp" library in order to work, which is located in the "Manage ONTAP SDK" package. Problem is that this package is no longer available for download. I saw that there is a Netapp Manageabiity SDK, but I'm not sure if that's just the replacement for the old SDK package, or something new entirely.
