VServer API: get licenses

Is there a way to view licenses by vServer API?

In cluster-mode API there are bunch of functions for working with licenses:
license-v2-list-info
license-v2-status-list-info

But, I cannot find them in vServer API.

So if I have access only to vServer, and connect directly to vServer, is there a way to view licenses and determine functions available to this vServer?

F.e. FlexClone SnapVault and SnapMirror.

I haven't really looked into the code, but I'd be surprised if this was possible. For example, you can't look at aggregates at the vserver level you need to ask the cluster, so it'd seem likely you need to access license features at the cluster level too.
