There is an OCUM 6.X API guide here

Here is an some examples of using the API Guide to write PowerShell CmdLets for OCUM 6.X

I'm not aware of any updates for version 6.2 unfortunatley. Hope this helps

Have you actually tried using this API? It's way too limited. No way to add alerts, missing a lot of documentation. Really poor.
