SDK bugs, what next?

Super abbreviated version: if, in the course of developing something against the SDK, I come across something that's a non-fatal but annoying bug (such that I'm patching the .pm files in the perl section to pave over the error), what's the right way of reporting that, that bears a chance of getting to the right people?

I really don't want to beat my way through a case with Support if I can supply a basic "this-line-and-this-patch" form of a bug report.
