SMI-S 5.2.4 - smis add

I did the following:

- Installed SMI-S 5.2.4

- unlocked 'vsadmin' account on vserver in an Ontap 9.5 cluster

But, I receive error below:

# smis add <vserver> vsadmin testPassword

Failed to add 10.186.156.4

cimcli Pegasus Exception: connection timed out. Cmd = ci Object = ONTAP_FilerData

I can telnet from the SMI-S server to port 443 and 80 on the vserver. So there should not be connectivity issues, e.g., firewall. Any thoughts?
