New SDK library (perl) multibyte character query fails

Hello everyone.

I put in a new version (9.8p2) of the Perl SDK and tried the API and found that it failed with multibyte queries.

I get the error below.

"HTTP::Message content must be bytes at /netapp-manageability-sdk/lib/perl/NetApp/NaServer.pm line 818."

If you check, the UTF8 encoded line that existed in the original version is gone.

The attached image is NaServer.pm with 9.8p2 on the left and 9.7 on the right.

Adding a utf8 encoded line will fix it, but everyone should be careful!
