ONTAP Powershell toolkit installation failed

Hello Community,

Getting below error while importing the ONTAP module, please help.

PS C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\NetApp.ONTAP> Import-Module .\NetApp.ONTAP.psd1
Import-Module : Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\NetApp.ONTAP\OntapiPS.dll'
or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
