Error in downloading NMSDK 4.1

Hi,

I have been trying to download NMSDK 4.1 from http://support.netapp.com/NOW/download/software/nmsdk/4.1/download.shtml according to the NM Introduction and Download Information document.

When I try to unzip the downloaded file netapp-manageability-sdk-4.1.zip, I see "Can not open file C:\netapp-manageability-sdk-4.1.zip as archive" error.

I use Firefox on Windows 7 to download the file and 7-zip to unzip. I have tried downloading it multiple times in the last 2 months and it has not worked any time.

Any pointers about ways to get NM SDK 4.1 ?

Did you check the size of the file after downloading?

It is just 1 MB, which doesn't seem to be right. NM SDK 3.5P1 is about 65 MB.

Exactly... It should be around 84MB... Your connection with NOW site is breaking in between....

Can it be a firewall issue from your side?

Thank you Kunal. Downloading outside of firewall from Chrome browser worked.
