Cannot do remote rescan

I'm haveing issue with running this simulator 8.3 on Esxi 5.1

I was able to get one cluster up and running.

I'm trying to setup second node I did the VLOADER steps.

I get Cannot do remote rescan and other errors like localhost:diskown. RescanMessagFailed:warning.

So I try to start over and I get these same error even when I start fresh - meaning delete everything even the first cluster, then try to go from scratch I get the "cannot do remote rescan"

Anyone know what's going on?

I have 2 node cluster working on VmPlayer on my workstation, but it just kills my workstation to point of not use able.
