Will the simulator work in Ubuntu?

or does it require a specific flavor of Linux?

Also, does the server need a GUI?

yes, I've had the cmode simluators running under vmware on Ubuntu.

GUI? never tried without.

Cory -

7.x sims will work fine with Ubuntu.

The 8.X sims are all VMware VMs...

7.x sims can do ha failover, 8.x sims can not.
