Unable to access System Manager with ONTAP 9.2 Simulator in VMware Player 7.1 on Windows 10

I am not able to access system mgr with the cluster mgmt ip from IE, Firefox, or Chrome. I can see that the interface is up and can ping the IP from a CMD window but when I try to access via https://<ipaddr> i get a page not available error. I have searched through the forum and tried everything I could find but haven't had success.

Thank you for reaching NetApp communities. Regarding your query may i know if you have enabled the System Manager service from Ontap CLI ?

services web modify -name sysmgr -enabled true
