Can't open path\\ONTAP1-CIFS\ONTAP_ADMIN$\

Hi,
I can open the following path in File Explorer at Windows as user001
\\ONTAP1-CIFS\ONTAP_ADMIN$\
But I can't open this path as user002.
Both users (user001 and user002) are members of the domain admin group BUILTIN\Administrators
It is NetApp 9.10.1 Simulator.

Can you help me, please ?

Could you share the secd log, and also try again connecting via user002 and check the event log for secd.
::> event log show -event *secd*
