Hello,

Does the Simulator support the Apple M2 CPU?

I couldn’t find anything related to Apple CPUs compatibility in the docs

I want to run the simulator on an Apple Macbook Pro

Hi there, The simulator runs something that is basically FreeBSD for x86_64.

UTM can apparently run FreeSB x86 on Apple Silicon, but there's a lot of steps between doing that and booting the ONTAP simulator - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NrDxZkFHYE8 and we would be unable to assist with that.
