Does anyone know where I could get my hands on ONTAP Simulator 7.3 (7 mode), Ontap 8.1.3(7Mode), and NetApp OnCommand System Manager 3.1(OSCM windows installer) or who to talk to that might have it?

If you can use an LOD with it already installed, there are a couple 7-mode version 8.2.5P5 and sysmgr version 3.1.3 in this: Data Dobi Practice Lab for PS v1.0 - https://labondemand.netapp.com/node/754

The ONTAP 7 and 8 simulators are no longer supported as those versions themselves have reached end-of-life, so they are no longer available on the NetApp Support Site. Upon checking my ONTAP simulator collection, I do have the following files
