Hi There,

I have two questions about MCCIP and SMBC need your professional advice.

Q1\ In the design of a user's scheme architecture, a set of SMBC and a set of MCCIP are needed, can SMBC share the Ethernet switch equipment of MCCIP?

Q2\ In addition, is it possible to deploy a set of mediators to support both MCCIP and SMBC in this solution?

A1: SMBC and MCCIP are not supported on a shared switch configuration. The RCF generator can't build a mixed configuration. This would require submission and approval of an FPVR.

A2: You can deploy a shared mediator to support MCCIP and SMBC. However, be sure to stay within supported limits such as the number of clustered pairs (10).
