VSC 2.0.1 Single File Restore fails

Hello,

Has anybody seen the following error message when trying to initiate a Single File Restore Operation with VSC 2.0.1 Backup and Recovery:

"All VMDKs from backup test2 are already mounted to virtual machine XPDLMTEST"

(test2 is the name of my Backup and XPDLMTEST is the name of the VM)

have you managed to solve this problem?

We are facing the same error message when we try to initiate a SFR, but only with some virtual machine.

Hi Roberto,

I did not follow up on this issue from the customer - I think it disappeared - you should use the newest VSC Version there are some fixes regarding Single File Restore

Thank you Helmut for the answer.

Now we are working with the last version (I think) 2.1.2.

We have tried with about 10 vms, but only with two of them we have this problem and the configuration is all the same.

We open a case to NetApp support and we are waiting for the answer.
