File path not found for snapshot location

Hi All,

I am unable to locate the file path location of snapshot files for VSC 2.1. I am running Vmware over NFS and with Netbackup. I would like to take backups of the snapshots from the filer but I am getting path not found.

Below is the example of one of four paths not found:

/vol1/vmware_vol1/.snapshot/smvi_vmsnaps_backup_recent

I am able to backup the complete volume, for example:

/vol1/vmware_vol1

Is there a way that I can see the file system layout for the filer? I am Netapp OPMgr but I can only see the volume name and (non-qtree data), ie. vmware_vol1, vmware_vol2, and so forth, and a subfolder caller non-qtree data

You may wish to try System Manager version 2.1.

It was staring me in the face all this time. I happened to miss a "double" underscore in the path.

/vol1/vmware_vol1/.snapshot/smvi__vmsnaps_backup_recent
