Single Mailbox Restore

I am reinstalling SMBR on a virtual machine that is using the HBAs of the ESX host Emulex LPe1150 and while installing the netapp_windows_host_utilities_5.2_x86.msi I received an error.

The following hotfixes are not available on the system:

1. Q945119-SP2 - storport.sys (Required: 5.2.3790.4189/Installed: 5.2.3790.4021)

Please install the hotfixes listed and retry the installation.

Where do I find this required version?

You should be able to get these hotfixes through google search,what is the Windows version you have installed on this virtual machine where you are trying to install the utility?

Installed OS is windows 2003 SP2. I haven't had any luck googling for this hotfix. I found the following but it is older than the one I have installed http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B69906A8-FE5B-4350-976B-864E2C40B01C&amp;displaylang=en&displaylang=en.

Based on the above information you had provided earlier i found some useful search,please go through this carefully and see if this helps and solves the issue.

To whom it may concern,

I am also experiencing this problem with a new install of Windows Server 2003R2 Enterprise 32bit. The problem I'm having is that the KB article and associated hotfix download is for 64bit even though Microsoft's KB article says that the hotfix includes the correct file for 32bit version like ours. The first error is shown on the screen when I attempt to install the host based utilities.

The MS web page 'hides' the links.

You may need to select 'show all 33' to get both the 32 & 64 bit options.
