Backup and Recovery Configuration greyed out

I've installed the VSC 5.0X6 but I can't do anything SnapManager related. As you can see in the screenshot, Backup and Recovery Configuration appears greyed out.

I've double checked that SnapManager Exchange + SnapRestore licenses are installed in the controllers.

Do you have any clue of what i can be doing wrong?

I have the same issue.

I have one question: With wich user have you registered the VSC? Root or administrator@vsphere.local?

Hi,

Reinstalled VSC => not better.

Rebooted the vCenter appliance => That works now!
