VSC logfile secret decoder ring?

I like to attempt to solve my own problems and have created a VSC support bundle to address a provisioning issue. Does anyone have a reference for what log captures what information? I'm finding the errors message's that VSC spits out in general are less than verbose. Messages like "Error" when trying to provision a LUN to a cluster with no supporting info about the error are useless. Reminds me of some of the useless messages Windows spits out.

I see the following logs many of them quite large

kamino.log

nvpf.log

requests

smvi.log

vsc.log

vscsupport.xml

wrapper.log

For SMVI/backup and recovery capability VSC 2.0.1 there is the logviewer tool downloadable fron NOW.

Thanks I guess that will be helpful for the one server log which appears to be binary.. most of the log files in a support bundle are not SMVI related.
