Single File Restore failed to mount disk.

Hi,

using VSC 4. I am using VSC 4 and wish to restore a single file to a virtual machine.

See attached screen shot on error. I am not certain about the "Required parameter username is missing" error is about.

We had a similar problem with SFR. We got the java exception error when using the restore agent. After choosing "Limited Self-Service" in the VSC SFR wizzard without using the Restoreagent it worked fine. All drives were mounted automatically to the destination machine.

I'm getting this exact error as well. Is there a fix besides some manual, alternate SFR process?
