SMVI 2.0 Problem

Installed SMVI 2.0 on both W2K8R2 and W2K3 Standard SP2 and am seeing the following error:

" javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Message part {http://soap.smvi.netapp.com/}globalConfiguration-get was not recognized. (Does it exist in service WSDL?)"

The original SMVI install on the W2K8 system was successful (after I closed the error message) and I was able to add a filer, inventory it, and create an initial backup job that ran successfully.

When SMVI was restarted the error persisted and most of the functionality is inoperable since.

Saw a couple of past posts but didn't see a fix/solution!

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

SMVI 2.0 Problem

Hi,

SMVI interface is superseded by VSC (Virtual Storage Console) plug-in for vCenter - can't you try your luck with this product?
