    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have backups working with Snap Manager 2.0.&amp;nbsp; The VSphere Server is also virtual.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This AM a backup was running and seemed to throw the whole thing out of whack.&amp;nbsp; Issue is cant&amp;nbsp; run backups today without it.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to get the Snap Manager working without VCenter Server service?&amp;nbsp; Additionally, I'l like to do a restore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMVI requires the vCenter service for inventory purposes. Is vCenter damaged? Was SMVI backing up the vCenter VM using VMware Snapshots? Is it the vCenter server the one you want to restore?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for all the questions but I need to understand the situation before we can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
