Is LUN resignature needed after 7.2.6.1 --> 7.3.2 upgrade

We have some ESX 4.0 hosts with LUN's on our filers running 7.2.6.1. We are planning to upgrade to 7.3.2

Should we expect to do LUN resignature after upgrading to 7.3.2?

I'm not totally sure what you are asking here, but if you are upgrading Data OnTap versions your vSphere hosts will see the LUNs as they are presented currently. The LUN serial number and ID is used to identify the LUN from the host side, and those will stay the same. There is no need to enable LUN resignaturing on your vSphere hosts.
