      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our production storage NetApp show the amber light today at the controller FC port 0c. And below is the error message that have come out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H6&gt;Thu Aug&amp;nbsp; 1 15:11:12 MYT [ses.drive.missingFromSESMap:CRITICAL]: On adapter 0c, the device(s) with the following loop IDs are detected by the loop but are not reported as present by the shelf which should have supplied the loop IDs: 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45&lt;BR /&gt;Thu Aug&amp;nbsp; 1 15:11:12 MYT [ses.drive.missingFromLoopMap:CRITICAL]: On adapter 0c, the following device(s) have not taken expected addresses:&lt;/H6&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not really sure what the error message means. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need help from your expert on this error message. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way the volume from NetApp map to VMware using NFS still able to access without any problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this because hardware issue? At the controller there still have Fiber Port 0b. Can I plug in to there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We plan to reboot the controller, you think this might help to solve the amber light?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zahir&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
