Hi All,

We need an hand here.

We made FOUR tests with RDU and just only one worked

VM with “Apply Customization specification” -> it didnt work
VM without “Apply Customization specification” -> worked
Template with “Apply Customization specification” -> it didnt work.
Template without “Apply Customization specification” -> it didnt work.

Do you know what could be the problem in this case?

I am attaching some screen shots and the dialog box message with the error telling from VCenter

"The guest OS has reported an error during quiescing. The error code was 5: The error message was "VssSyncStart" operation failed: Dispatch error #8788"

Hi,

In the VMware documentation indicates that you must uninstall VSS, from VMware Tools.

This is a good practice to NetApp ...?

NetApp is agree with this ..?
