Can anyone tell when can we offer a complete VM solution with these components as we do with FCP?

As soon as VMware supports NFS for SRM and Storage VMotion we're in. VMotion is already supported with NFS.

So....

SRM+SRA - not supported and also won't work - I've heard should be out by the end of Q2.
vMotion - already fully supported with NFS datastores (has been for a while actually -- since 3.0 I believe)
Storage vMotion - not supported in 3.5 but DOES work without any issues (I've done a ton) - I haven't checked/nailed down yet if svmotions involving NFS datastores are officially supported in vSphere 4.
- Per the post 3.5U2 update and info in TR-3428 you REALLY do want to have the right lock settings + patch if using NFS datastores.
