Cannot add new VMWare Host - Unknown

We are using VSC 4.2.2, Ontap 8.2.2 Cluster mode, using NFS

It has been working fine on a 3 blade cluster - ESXi 5.5.

However weve added another host to the cluster. Everything configured. VAAI plugin installed and confirmed from ESXCLI - Hardware acceleration and NFS values all set.

When i go into the New host, Netapp tab, and Add, i enter the Netapp IP and credentials. It gives me a prompt showing the privileges of them credentials then accepts them and starts running a few VMware tasks. The Controller appears but just says "Unknown" then disapears again.

Can anyone help? Since itwas installed this is the first additional host we have added. Communications with the SAN network are fine - our Equalogic and other devices are functioining fine. It just wont add the Netapp in via VSC

The export policy has been left open at 0.0.0.0 to rule that out too

Am i missing a key step ?
