VSC 4.2.2 and 5.0 terminates after start on win server 2008 r2

Hello,

I have VMware vCenter 5.5 and VSC 5 installed and everything was working normally for 6 months than suddenly VSC service stopped and after i start it it stops again. I installed vCenter 5.1 and VSC 4.2.2 on completely new machine and error that i have is completely the same in wrapper log as on another server. So completely fresh installation of everything but again VSC service terminates after 3-4 seconds. I would appriciate if anyone can help with this. This is the error that i am receiving in the wrapper log.
