Does anyone have a local copy if this lying around that they can send me? Looks like the download links from the old support site are all bad.

I have some NetApp people looking into it, but I was hoping someone out here might have it already.

Even 2.1.1 can get me going.

If anyone needs the package, please reach out to me using the communitites private message system, or send me an email directly...my communities username (asulliva) at netapp.com. For NetApp employees, the pacakge is available on the Field Portal.
