    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a windows vmware vm atatched to a LUN via in-guest intiator (snapdrive).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to convert this LUN to virtual RDM before converting this to vmdk(storage motion can only be done with virtual RDM).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lun was created as windows type and attached to vm at present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I have to change this lun type to vmware type to connect to Esxi host igroup or leave &amp;nbsp;it as it is since windows server is going to use as RDM?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if i have to change the lun type to vmware &amp;nbsp;then How do i do that whithout damaging the data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
