topic nfs datastore autogrow refresh time in VMware Solutions Discussions

Hey everyone,

I configured an nfs datastore from my 9.5 cdot to have autogrow enabled so that it won't get out of space.

The problem is that after it is grown on the netapp side, it doesn't show up in the vcenter as larger.

I still see the old capacity and only manual refresh helps but that's missing the point (unless I cron a script somewhere that will do that every few minutes but I prefer not to).

Is there some configuration on the esxi/vcenter/netapp that determines when and if the datastore capactiy is refreshed?

otherwise the whole autogrow idea doesn't help much...

thanks,
