I think that's only for the VSC Deployment. Once it is deployed, one can restrict VSC/vCenter Users's (Part of a group) actions/privileges via Roles based access.

VSC tasks require both VSC-specific privileges and vCenter Server native privileges. These privileges constitute the "role" for the user. A permission can have multiple privileges.

Roles:
VSC Administrator
VSC Provision
VSC Read-Only

The installation guide says "You must have the administrator login credentials for your vCenter Server instance". So does vsc require full admin access?

Hi, yer I'm aware of rbac and assigning user priviledges, but in the admin guide it says if the password of the account that was used to install vsc changes, then you have to reset it in VSC, which would indicate there's still a connection using the vCenter admin credentials. So I was thinking to create a new account with least priviledges, but I can't find what does are.
