I want to send an SNMP Trap with snapcenter

I will post for the first time.

I want to receive SNMP Trap and SNMP polling with "Snap Center Plug-in for VMware vSphere".

I heard from support that it can be executed by creating a Perl Module.

However, it seems that no further answers can be given because SampleScript is not provided and knowledge is not available.

Does anyone know how to implement SampleScript and SNMP?

Hello,

There is no direct documentation about scripting. i was able to locate the below documentation where you can set snmp traps on specific backup jobs using prescripts and postscripts strating page 53:
