VSC 7.2 Removal from VCSA

VSC 7.2 was installed on our VCSA 6.5 appliance. I haven't used or powered this on in over a year and want to remove it.

I found a couple of how to's, to remove the VSC, but just want to confirm if it is safe .

Concerned with the "Before Proceeding" section. Not totally uderstanding it's meaning.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think the warning its more related to vvol datastore that have a direct dependency to the VSC vasa provider but for traditional datastore its safe.

I always do a vCenter backup before make any changes.
