Do we need to configure anything else to send ASUP (plz see atachment)? I can browse to support.netapp.com location from WFA server

No, not really. I would recommend you put something in the 'Site' field that is specific to your company and/or location, but it is not required.

I'm not sure what you're asking.
If you change the transport protocol, you should see the 'Destination' change automatically. Specifically:
- For HTTP: http://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup
- For HTTPS: https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup
- For SMTP: autosupport@netapp.com
Chose the protocol that is most applicable to your needs... and what ports are open on any potential firewalls.
