Search all my registered Autosupport assets for certain risks

I need to search all my comany's assets that are registered in Autosupport for certain risks, e.g. that NetApp^® has identified that the Toshiba AL13 disk drive models listed in the table below may report an invalid medium error, KB 7010124.

Do the risks have special number that I could serch for?

How to find the systems in my registered assets that are concerned by a ceratin risk?

Hi,

Have you tried looking at the Health Summary tab?

Search by the Customer Name and once you are on the Fitness Dashboard, you can view all the risks via the Health Summary tab from left navigation.

Once on that tab, you have a few options:

1. See all risks on screen

2. Download the list of risks for all systems in a CSV file for further analysis

3. Schedule a risk report for periodically reciving email updates.
