OnCommand DWH reporting issue

Hi,

This is Revathi, am working on OnCommand Insight DWH server reporting, am using 11.1 R3 reporting IBM tool which is come along with DWH 7.3.9. While running the pre-defined report in cognos, i couldn't able to save the report on My Content folder, seems like i didn't have the privilege to save the content inside that folder. But i have logged inside the tool by admin user.. 

May i know how  can i sort this issue .. please do any needful in this.

Is this DWH server connected to an OCI server? And the second question is, did the ETL succeed at least once?

Yes my DWH is connected with OCI and also i triggered ETL process once, it was succeeded without any issues.

Can you please help me what should i do further
