PostGreSQL custom plugin for SnapCenter

Hi NetApp Community , 

I am trying to use  NetApp   PostGreSQL  custom plugin for SnapCenter  4.1 

but un fortunatly its not get intalled directly via SnapCenter Host Add  GUI . 

I tried in installed the " snapcenter_linux_host_plugin.bin"   manually on the host , but even after successful instalation , the port 8145 , 8146  is  NOT coming up .   

can you please suggest us if anything else need to be installed ?

please see the log and output of the instalation . 

we will not able to access the host  as well as port 8145 is not listening . 

please let us know what else can be checked. also how should we configure the backup in SnapCenter after manually instally the host plugin ?

I haven't used SnapCenter but I'd check service status/logs on the DB server.
