Hi CSCOTTENO,
Please raise a case with NetApp Support so that this issue can be investigated. Please supply the following data at case creation to expedite the troubleshooting:
1. SnapGathers data (instructions below) from the SnapCenter Server and one of the SQL Server hosts that is part of the problematic resource group.
SnapGathers
1.) Download the SnapGathers tool on the Windows Server:
http://mysupport.netapp.com/tools/info/ECMLP2454699I.html?productID=62118
2.) Open Windows Explorer and unzip the SnapGathers.zip file.
3.) For servers with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+ installed, use the SnapGathers.exe in the NET45 folder. Alternatively if Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5+ is installed, use the SnapGathers.exe in the NET35 folder.
4.) Run the SnapGathers application
There should be a new zipped file in the folder the executable was run from.
5.) Once the SnapGathers collection is finished, press 'u' to upload the file using FTP when prompted, select US Servers, and enter the NetApp Case number (alternatively you can upload by going to https://upload.netapp.com/sg or view other methods listed in KB HO174).
2. SnapCenter database dump (MySQL database dump)
Instructions can be found in KB HO104:
