Hello,

I am testing the SAAS Backup. Exchange and OneDrive backups are working fine, I am able to backup and restore.

SharePoint backup shows as successful but it doesn't bring anything. I can't see any documents, sites, etc. Service user as admin permissions on Office 365.

Anything I should be looking at?

Hi AlexandreOliveira, My suggesting is to open a case with Netapp. We might have to open a cloud ticket with our backend team.

I'm unsure if you have found our online Documentation already but it mentions two types of Restores which I have linked here for you:

If you could share what kind of restore you are trying to perform and possibly a ScreenShot of what's not working, we will try our best to find an answer for you.

Hello,

I am trying to backup our SharePoint online environment.

The tool is only discoveryng our team site: https://mysite.sharepoint.com.

I'd like to backup all the sites we have available, including our PWA site https://mysite.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa/default.aspx.

Should the tool auto discover all the sites? Is it a problem with the permissions that were assigned to the service user?
