StorageGRID and A10 load balancer

Hi All,

From  TR-4626 -  StorageGRID Load Balancer Options,  any HTTPS load balancer should be compatible. 

Do you have any experience with A10 load balancer? Any comments in using A10 LB?

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for your question, I don't have any experience with A10 myself that I can remember but generally I would recommend testing the load balancer with your application and the Grid.  I would recommend reaching out to your System's Engineer or NetApp partner for advice and considerations for implementing this. 

The biggest problem I ever had with a load balancer was with SSL and sticky sessions. I would say which ever option you choose look out for this.

We also offer a virtual appliance load balancer included with your StorageGrid license if you wanted to test that option.
