Customer advised that after changing -file-system-sector-size to 512 the Default Unix User was automatically changed as well into the name of the vserver. Ever seen this before, is it reproducable in a test setup? Many thanks, Frank

- where is the change made from (ONTAP command line / OnCommand System Manager)?
- what is the ONTAP version this happened in?
The ONTAP maximum file limits is lesser than the maximum possible number of files supported by ONTAP for a volume. This video explains the reason why ONTAP has this lower limit on the file count.
