With a GSI partner we've developed a five-partner toolset for Isilon takeouts. (We can also deliver this solution without the GSI.) The basic values are: buyout of current book value of Isilon and related gear; 3rd party maintenance to approx cut in half the cost of maintenance support once they find out the customer is leaving; the filtering out of data not needed going forward to reduce the size and cost of replacement; the packaging of the entire transformation effort into a coherent opex pricing structure. The target new environment would most likely be ONTAP or StorageGRID in "near cloud" depending on how aggressive the customer wants to be in advancing their analytics capabilities.
