Hello Team
I'm failing to complete install of NetApp StorageGRID Appliance with VMware Admin Node. Everything goes fine except in the last step the installation fails stating below, screenshot attached.
Waiting for other grid nodes
Error: Failed to perform final install steps. Please see the logs for additional information.
The Admin node is in a different subnet than the StorageGRID appliance nodes, However we've requested for the ports to be open on firewall for communication between the nodes. Any specific port that needs to be checked here if it is open or not ? which could be causing issue?
Thanks
Rakesh

Yes, we solved it by rechecking the firewall rules so your analysis is right.
The network team forgot to specify port 9999 when opening port. We had to ask them to recheck and they found the gap.
Thanks for taking time to look into this.
Cheers!!
