is there a process where i can manually upgrade the cloud sync data broker software. for some reason, after installing without issue, i'm getting message about needing upgrade. i assumed it would upgrade itself automatically. anyway, i've tried downloading the latest installer and running it but that didn't seem to work. is there a process or document on how to manually upgrade the blue xp cloud sync data broker software? thanks
