ONTAP S3 license for simulators

Can we get a license to add to the 9.7 simulators?  This would allow us to test in a non-production environment much easier.

New ONTAP 9.8 systems have the S3 license pre-installed.
The S3 license can be downloaded from the Master License Keys page on the NetApp support site.
