In this guide you will learn how you can show your appreciation within the Community and how to stay connected to the Community. You must be logged in to take any of these actions on the Community. If you have more questions, please post your question in the Community Related Discussions.
How can I show my appreciation within the Community?
If someone helps you on the Community, show your appreciate by @mentioning the user and saying “Thank you”, kudoing the helpful response or marking the reply as a solution if appropriate. Review the Community Code of Conduct for more information.
To Kudo a post:
- Click Login at the top of the page, once you are logged in you will be redirected to the page you were on.
- At the bottom of the helpful response, click Kudo.

To mark a reply as an accepted solution:
- Click Login at the top of the page, once you are logged in you will be redirected to the page you were on.
- At the bottom of the response, click Accept as Solution.
Note: You can only accept a solution if you are the original thread creator.

To @mention a user:
Simply type the “@” symbol with the username attached. For example, @alissa.

How do I stay connected to the Community?
Subscribing to areas or specific posts allow you to be notified when new content is created. You can also bookmark areas or posts as well as Subscribe to RSS feeds. By default, you are subscribed to posts you create.
To Subscribe, Bookmark or Subscribe to RSS feeds:
- Click Login at the top of the page to ensure you’re logged in.
- Within an area or specific post, click on Options.
- Choose the option to Subscribe, Bookmark or Subscribe to RSS Feed.

To subscribe to a label:
- Click Login at the top of the page to ensure you’re logged in.
- Choose a label which you’d like to subscribe.
- In the box below the labels that appears, click on subscribe.

To view your subscriptions:
- Ensure that you are logged in and click on your name at the top.
- From the pull down, choose Settings.
- Click on Subscriptions & Notifications.
