What do I do if I forgot my password?


To get help with your password:

  1. Click Login at the top of the page.
  2. Click Forgot your password? below the Login button.
  3. Enter the email address you used when you registered with the Community.
  4. You can choose between having a reset link or your password hint sent to your email.
  5. Check your email for your login name and a password reset link.

I can’t find a particular link, what do I do?

Follow the instructions below and the Community team will investigate its status. However, due to the Community migration, the content may have been permanently deleted.


  1. Click Login to ensure that you are logged into your account.
  2. Go to the Community Related Discussions.
  3. Post the URL that you are looking for.

Why can’t I see certain options or buttons within the Community?

Certain web browsers are not compatible with the Community. Firefox and Google Chrome are the preferred browsers for using the Community.


If you are using IE (Internet Explorer): Verify that you are not using Compatibility Mode (F12).

  1. Click on Tools then choose Developer Tools.
  2. Uncheck Compatibility Mode.
  3. Reload page to ensure all options are showing correctly.


If your issues persist try switching to a new browser or contact the Community Team in the Community Related Discussions with screen shots including information about the browser, version of the browser and also the type machine you are working on (MAC or PC).
