Data Backup and Recovery Discussions
I'm new to SnapManager for Exchange and I'm having trouble performing a restore.
I'm using SME 5 on top of Windows 2003 , Exchange 2003 and SnapDrive 6.
I've done "COnfiguration Wizard " to copy Echange DB and logs to 2 LUNS with no problem.
I've been doing a couple of Backup jobs successfully.
I've been deleted a couple of emails in my mailbox.
While trying to restore ( point in time or up to the minute) SME says "Restore of storage group completed successfully" unfortunately I cannot see results in my Mailbox.
Any idea ?

Is your information store still online? Doing a full restore needs the info store off line.

I Didnt' notice you have to dismount store before running Restore.
Thanks a lot, works fine now .
